{{/_source.additionalInfo}}The Invisible Everywhere
Thank you Ascot Media Group for providing us with a screener to view!
The Invisible Everywhere is an AI-generated movie made by Dr. Michael Guillén who has Ph.D.'s in physics, math, and astronomy from Cornell University. He taught physics at Harvard and was the science editor at ABC news. It's an understatement to say that his life revolved around science. His motto was "seeing is believing" , but it has now changed to "believing is seeing" after converting to Christianity. The Invisible Everywhere is based off Michael's bestselling book, "Believing is Seeing" where he discusses his conversion from atheism to Christianity. I love the Bible reference of 2 Corinthians 4:18 which states: So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
Dr. Michael Guillén has authored many books, which are well received on Amazon. After watching this AI-generated movie, I'll be telling people to stick with the books, because this film was painful to watch since it's obviously AI generated and arguably "AI Slop" at that. Very little content in the movie is authentic. In one segment Michael Guillén uses an AI generated avatar of himself. The lip-syncing between the voice and the avatar is well done. I am going to go out on a limb to assume that Michael's voice is real, but all of the other scientists quoted throughout the film use AI generated text to speech.
The Invisible Everywhere is broken down into eight legs or chapters if it was in a book format. The first half of the eighty-minute film explains various scientific principles including quantum duality, quantum supposition, quantum transition, quantum tunneling, and quantum entanglement. Einstein's spacetime concepts are heavily relied on and you'll be learning about the light cone which houses our universe. All of these intimidating concepts require an extraordinary amount of faith to accept them because only 5% of these schools of thought are visible to us.
The latter half of the film delves into the mind, spirituality, and our place in the universe. Many wonder if we're alone in the universe and this film touches on various opinions on that. The Big Bang is picked apart because it seems evident that the universe was tailor-made for us and not a happy accident. I found the discussions about the mind being a separate entity from the brain fascinating.
I love the sincerity poured into this film and I definitely appreciate the intentions. It's just sad with the stigma of AI generated content and the overuse of it in this film, the message is going to be drowned out by how fake everything is.
