In S.E.M.I., players take on the roles of patients fighting staff, other inmates, and randomized events. Teamwork is essential, but so are the experimental pills you’ll take - each granting unpredictable abilities like uncontrollable strength, distorted perception, or even sudden hysterical destruction. Will these powers help you escape or turn your friends into your worst enemies?
