I figured rather than make a new thread every time I had some art to post (especially since I've been practicing far more as of late) I would just make a general JK's Art Thread and it could house any updates I want to share. And if no one wants to be bothered with my art, they can easily ignore any new posts here! :P

Did this digital bluebird painting today, to practice my digital painting skills. I am not great at digital painting, but this is probably the best one I've ever done to this point. It gave me some confidence to keep at it, at least! Done in Krita (free painting program) and took about three hours. Rough underdrawing version can be seen here.

Today's digital painting. I don't know if I'll do this daily (it eats up HOURS) but I need to keep up the practice one way or another.

Now I'm going to go do some drawing and design, which is what I far prefer to painting practice. :P

Just finished up some Splatoon 2 fanart. It took three days of work. Worth it? I dunno, but hey, I got some good practice in.

Realized I haven't posted art here in a long while! Sorry. (I tried to a bunch of times, but the site doesn't let you put large images and most of my work is in large image size! Maybe there could be a way the forum just resizes them down if they are too large? Another forum I visit does that automatically. But of course that's more work and I don't want to bother you Admins! Anyway...)

I also started doing some live art streams on Twitch, so if you're at all a fan of that sort of thing you can join in the fun at twitch.tv/weekendpandagames (Also the replays are up on YouTube if anyone can't make it live but still wants to see the process.)

My circles aren't all that great either, ha ha. Circles are hard! :)

But it's all a matter of practice.
