how do I join the White list?

I am trying to join the server but am getting kicked out every time. I'm new and if it is possible may I get accepted on the white list?

All you have to do is agree to the rules, do 15 posts, post in the "Post requirement complete" topic in the Minecraft forum and say you finished your posts, and get approved by an admin or CCGR.
