It's scary how much of that applies to me. The stuff that doesn't is either because I'm not a Christian anymore or some other reason (I never went to public school, so no See You at the Pole for me).
A vegan atheist walks into a bar. Bartender says "Hey, are you a vegan atheist? Just kidding, you've mentioned it like eight times already."

The Message is one version I wouldn't mind seeing publicly burned >_>ArchAngel wrote:That feels a lot like my childhood and teenage years.
The worship signals crack me up. I got to intermediate at one point, but it just felt unnatural. Like a Brit acting American.
And I still hate The Message as much as I used to.
My name is ChickenSoup and I have several flavors in which you may be interested

I'm growing up (17 now) in an evangelical church, but a lot of them don't apply to me, especially since our church is really small (65 weekly attendance incl children). We don't have a youth group, don't do many mission trips, and a group of 30 would be half our church. 2, 6 (sometimes), 7, and 12 (different version) apply to me. I can see where they're coming from on most of the others.
I think 14 comes from Tim Hawkins. Our church doesn't do it but I've seen it other places (other churches, the skillet concert we went to this month).

@Cheryl: Thanks for a wonderful community. It is a pleasure and honor to be a part of it.
