Sure thing I love making skins. the shiny umbreon's rings might be hard but maybe easy...is it ok if they are small? Also with the jacket I have many different stripe methods. like plaid striped or just like stripes with the same color.

The rings being small is perfectly fine! And striped with the same color is fine.
