UPDATE ON US!
OK! So today I learned our closing costs will be about $300!! We will also be reimbursed $200 of that!!! To put it in perspective, we were expecting around $1400+. GOD IS SOO GOOD! We sign for the house tomorrow! Thank you for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers, I really appreciate you guys!
Normally I'm asking for prayer, today I give the Lord all the praise and glory for what He has done for me and my family!!!
Now,If anyone needs a really godly and awesome lender, let me know. John Palmer, with Liberty Home Mortgage (based in Georgia) blessed us with such amazing service and he was so very kind and patient and he gave us SOUND advice. He never once tried to take advantage of us or tried to look out for his own gain.
Our Realtor was Jorge Gonzalez, that man is an awesome, trustworthy, and amazing man of God! He, like John, never looked out for his own hide but gave us godly and sound advice every step of the way. The two together has been the absolute best experience anyone could hope for. If you would like to get in contact with either of the great men, please let me know. I know they will be able to help you and you will be blessed for it!
