i have noticed that out of the graphcis cards i used for OpenGL gaming (half life mostly) i found that nvidia cards are much better that ATi cards when it comes to OpenGL.
is Ati really bad with opengl? or have they fixed it in their newer cards?
which is better? any ideas?

My past two ATI cards have been rather high end and I have not had any problems with Open GL...we have benchmarks and one specializes in testing Open GL (Cinebench)
