This is a prequel to the popular game Kohan Immortal Sovereigns. This is a fantasy/strategy game. The twist is you can play the bad guys. Yes you can help wipe out the Kohans. Or you can play the Kohans and defend yourselves again these evil beings.
There are many bad guys you can play or control. Including sorcerers, mages, zombies, skeletons, dragons and much more. The zombies keep coming back to life. The full version boasts that there will be over 90 units and 70 heroes to choose from. Not to mention 100 spells and 70 technologies at your disposal. There will be multiplayer support for up to 8 people.
The demo includes a tutorial and one campaign. The tutorial is the exact same as Kohan Immortal Sovereigns, except with no voice and one glitch. The glitch I encountered was that the demo let me continue past the stopping point in the demo. This happened once I could not repeat it. In the campaign you get to be a sorceress and destroy the Kohan. Your army consists of many mages and creatures at your disposal. Given all that, it will still be challenging.
From a Christian standpoint, there are battles so there is violence. There is no blood. Magic and sorcery is Heavily used. The main way of attacking is through magic and summoning creatures including demons. Also the sorceress is quite annoying and very dark she says phrases like \'Praise the dark master!\' and \'May the Dark Lord be pleased\' etc. This is not a game for Christians to play.
The game was easy to install. The graphics were good, it doesn\'t use much 3D rendering if any. It has good sound effects. The game ran very stable with no crashes. The interface is easy to use. If you like fantasy and strategy games, this game will be fun. It\'s kind of dark and too much magic use for my tastes.
