Opening thoughts

I must urge everyone that this is not a bmx game. No, this is a marketing ploy to the most extreme. The people at X-axis must have been really lonely the day they thought of this. Just in case you have not yet heard the hype, this is a bmx game that has you doing mature rated tasks such as delivering hookers to their pimps. If that wasn\'t stupid enough, you are reward with FMV movies of women stripping. Yes, this was intended for the all important teenage market.

Graphics

In a single word, lackluster. The levels are comparable to Tony Hawk 3 by size. The characters are detailed enough to pass as this generation of gaming, but everything else screams first generation Gamecube game. The graphics get a D+.

Sound

Funny voice-overs and a licensed punk rock soundtrack are the only things memorable in this category. That?s not a bad thing though, both are well done. I give the sound a solid B+.

Game play and controls

Took a few runs for me to adjust to the controls, but I eventually did. The controls show that the emphasis in this game wasn\'t the Bmx, but the breasts. I also feel the need to mention some really bad bugs in this category. When I played my friend in multiplayer, I got caught in a fence, leading to my defeat. This would have been fine if this was the only bug in the game, but no, this game is buggier than a ant hill. My tires got caught in walls, my bike refused to jump at times and the best one, on a mission that told me to collect 10 tin cans, I only collect 6 but the game calculated 10 and passed me on it. I give this category a D.

Offensive Content

Too many to list. So much sexual dialogue, FMV stripper videos and sexual innuendos all over the place. I will admit I laughed a couple of times at some of the crazy missions, but I was appalled by the content so much, I just stopped. I'm going to give it an F, but trust me it deserves worse.

Final Thoughts and Overall

Okay, this game is all about lust over strippers and hookers, not bmx. I warned you, just say no to this game if you have morals or are easily offended. Truth be told, I hate this game. Nothing in it is morally redeeming, or even fun. Stay with Tony, this is just the reason why. BMX XXX gets a F.
