VR Puzzle Platformer ‘Bearly Escape’ Claws its Way to Early Access on Meta Quest and SteamVR Today

HONG KONG - May 1, 2025 - Bearly Escape, the VR adventure puzzle game from developer Time Traveller, begins its rescue mission in Early Access via Meta Quest 3|3S and SteamVR today.

Team up with a courageous teddy bear to rescue kidnapped animals and track down your missing dog, Robin. Set out on a dreamlike adventure through the lush forests of Everwood. Sneak into secret labs, free animals turned into toys, and help them escape the clutches of the mad scientist Dr. Kidd, thwarting his wicked plans.

Lend a paw hand and solve brain-teasing puzzles to slip into secret labs across nine increasingly challenging levels. Deploy a specialized drone to drop in and grab trapped animals in claw machine-inspired gameplay, then run, jump, and dodge through hazard-filled platforming stages to help the wildlife escape.

Uncover the truth behind Everwood’s decaying forests at the hands of Dr. Kidd – or perhaps, something much worse! Watch nature return to its former glory with each animal rescued and returned to its rightful home. Compete for the high score on the worldwide leaderboards to earn special rewards and bring more than 40 animals to safety!
