In Case You Mist It: Enshrouded Release New Patch for the One-Year Anniversary Update, Pact of the Flame.

Keen Games has patched their latest content update and, in case your memory is foggy, shared a roadmap of where Enshrouded is headed in 2025 and when it will reach 1.0

February 13, 2025 - Keen Games' recent milestone marks almost a halfway point of development overall as they brace for a full 1.0 version launch of Enshrouded in the Spring of 2026. The game has received five major content updates, and the 7th patch being deployed today, reaching over three million players in under a year, fielding approximately 1057* questions regarding water, delivering two roadmaps, and more. Today, the team has released a patch for their latest major Early Access content update, Pact of the Flame, the first of 2025, released on January 28th. The patch will improve stability and fix several issues with the new features of the latest popular update, such as the overgrowth tool, first-person building mode, the new voice & chat, and more. Since the Early Access launch, the game has only increased in scope, scale, and level of detail with every content update and patch thanks to the input from the community - whether a casual or Day 1 player, all feedback has been considered carefully by the team to influence the direction and priorities in development. Two of Keen Game’s core values in developing Enshrouded from the start included emboldening players with the power of agency and flexibility, as well as transparency as a service in development, especially during critical phases like Early Access. This hasn’t changed a year in, and the game is drastically different from the one that was revealed in 2023 and the one that was launched in 2024.
