Survival Action Game RailGods of Hysterra Explores Hunting and Sacrifice in New Trailer

RailGods of Hysterra, a cooperative base-building survival action game set in a twisted Lovecraftian dreamscape from developer Troglobytes Games and publisher Digital Vortex Entertainment. Showcasing its titular celestial locomotive, the new trailer delves into the challenges of surviving a post-apocalyptic Lovecraftian horror, where players must keep their RailGod fueled by hunting, trapping, and sacrificing monsters summoned by the Great Old Ones to power their journey through the treacherous Wastelands of Hysterra.

Survive nightmarish environments aboard the RailGod - a sentient amalgam of steel and flesh forged through obscure arcane rituals. Cultivate a bond with the RailGod to gain its favor in the battle against the Great Old Ones holding dominion over the dying dimension.

Scavenge the land for materials to build additional carts, including workstations, storage, and cells for captured foes. Eradicate enemies like cultists and otherworldly creatures to grow ever stronger by leveling up and earning GodKeeper abilities for the RailGod.

Craft new gear and powerful weapons to help enhance character attributes to take on roaming ghoulish abominations.

Tailor survivors with various skill sets, mixing and matching to create synergistic builds for combat. Conquer cruel and unforgiving hellscapes alone or with up to four friends via online co-op.

RailGods of Hysterra is coming to Early Access on PC via Steam in 2025. It will support English, French, German, Russian, Spanish - Spain, Portuguese - Brazil, Simplified Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, and Turkish languages.
