In 1.7.10 to 1.8.9 iron golem health has not changed. It is 50 hearts.
Creepers + Boom Slimes = Big Crater

Question 1:
Pocket Edition can be used to play on Pocket edition external servers, but is not compatible with PC version due to small differences.
Question 2:
It is a tie between iron for beacons, beacons, and diamonds.
Question 3:
I have played Xbox, PE and PC Minecraft, PC has the best controls. PC and Pocket Edition have around the same number of features, but I prefer PC because of the better controls. Xbox is non-infinite, so that can be annoying. I once found non-mineable diamonds in the edge of the world.
In the end, I prefer PC Minecraft.

I don't know all of them, but I know LWC is used to protect chests, and WorldGuard is used to create regions. An economy plugin is on CCGR but is not in use or set up. There are probably other smaller plugins that I don't know about. Sorry I could not be more help.

Nope, from what I heard it does not have as many features as PC, so I don't want to spend my money on it.

Depends on the version. In 1.8 it is close, but skeletons are harder. In 1.9 skeletons would be much harder.

Actually the windows 10 edition is free if you have a copy of minecraft PC already.
