How hot do you like your wings?
I made some last week that nauseated me, gave me a headache, and *ahem*, had some rather...unpleasant side effects the next day.
It was kinda glorious.

Im in Astoria, NY ATM, I really want to find a place that sells wings. I love me some wings! Pizza is an all time favorite but a good bunch of wings...noting can beat it.
I just tried the Thai Curry wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. SO AMAZING! A decent amount of spice but great flavor.

Yeah, I actually had some precooked chicken wings, and some mighty good hot sauce,
so I mixed the two, and tried to make some. (To my surprise, it actually turned out pretty good. ^^)

I always order hot at Thai restaurants. That stuff has a bit of burn.

I'll admit that I consider BWW's hottest sauce to be hot. Almost returned the wings to sender after I ate them. @_@

Got one thai place I like going to, they do non-spicy, mild, medium, hot and Thai Hot. Thai Hot is so good, but the rest of my body can't keep up with my tongue.
Let's put it this way, my Indian friends think I'm crazy for the amount of spice I enjoy. Ghost Chili Pepper Hot Sauce? Wonderfully hot.
But apparently, the Bhut Jolokia was supplanted by the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion. Time to find a scorpion hot sauce.
