I'd agree, but frankly, on a quantum level, we just don't know. I'd like to believe it's a deterministic machine hidden away from us, but we can't say.

Quantum Superposition.
Particle Wave.

By refusing to answer the question, and instead talking about how nothing is random, YOU are being random.

No, I actually found that rather predictable considering who Arctic is. As it would be predictable that I'd mostly agree, but have to point out the quantum physics issues.
