I cannot wait for this. I'm a self-proclaimed Alien fanatic, so I'll probably be seeing this one at midnight. With Ridley Scott at the helm, this promises to be really, really good.

Also, the trailer pays homage to the original Alien's trailer, so that's pretty awesome too. :P

The movie?

I sure thought so. My biggest gripe, however, was that it felt like it pandered to Alien fans almost a little too much. The acting was superb, especially on Fassbender and Rapace's parts. The ending felt less like an ending and more like a prop for a sequel. (And for comparison, I don't mind unclear endings. I mind endings that feel like a plug for a new movie in the series.)

Other than that, I loved it. Will probably buy on Blu-Ray when it comes out, at some point.
