Finally picked up my copy of Battlefield 4. I loved the series, but after participating in the beta last October, I could tell that there was no way that the game would be ready for prime time in just three weeks, so I didn't pre-order. Best decision I ever made seeing the catastrophic amount of issues the game had over the last seven months. But I heard that the latest patch fixed the vast majority of issues, particularly the "netcode" issues, so I though the time was right. Fortunately, Amazon had the base game 50% off, so I got it for a mere $25 (normal price $50, original price $60...so I feel good about that
).
In general I agree with the convention wisdom that in the world of Battlefield, it goes BC2>BF3>BF4, but I am still enjoying this latest version.
Now I need to just wait out a sale for the "premium" pass for the extra maps....

My boyfriend bought me Guns of Icarus Online a few weeks ago, so that's the newest game i've PLAYED, though I did get another one from him I haven't gotten around to trying yet. GOI is a ton of fun, and i'd reccomend it to pretty much anyone who thinks flying an airship around, shooting other airships out of the sky while trying to keep your airship from blowing up (as an engineer) is fun. I know I do!

Orcs Must Die! Unchained Alpha
Got the key from an alienware giveaway, looks like it's controller compatible so I'm going to give it a try.

The last game I bought is Beat Hazard. I think I like it more than Audiosurf. The visuals are CRAZY! + you can play with friends.
