Farming Simulator
I like it because I grew up in a small farming and ranching community, and also with this game I don't have to worry about the grueling tasks that otherwise would have to be done in real life. I really don't know if someone who maybe grew up in the city would enjoy it or not?

Star Wars: Republic Commando.
It's surprisingly dark and gritty for a Star Wars game. But it has a T rating, so if you don't mind a bit of blood then I highly suggest picking it up on Steam. It's one of my favorite FPS games.
