Ed Wood - A movie about one of the worst directors of all time. If you're a B-movie fan, you need to see this. Especially if you've ever seen Plan 9 from Outer Space. Oh yeah, and it's a Tim Burton film. A

Spider Man 3. It's a bit cheesy, but it's a good movie.
"Hadouken"
-Ryu from Street Fighter

Voted favourite N00B of 2008.

You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

Very funny. It seemed at some points like it was trying to cash in on the Apatow formula, but for the most part it stood on its own legs and we had a good time laughing at sarcastic/stupid people.

Admittedly I didn't think Casino Royale was all that incredible, but I thoroughly enjoyed this installment. And thankfully, it's still more Bond than Bourne.

How...did you see it?

Me saw the Firm. Excellent story, excellent acting, and in some places thrilling. One of the better legal thrillers I've seen, mostly due to its overall intelligence. I did learn, however, that if I ever make a thriller I will not rely solely on a piano ballad to set the mood for a chase scene.

Mixed emotions. Jack Black is, unsurprisingly, quite funny, and I was pleased with how Chinese some elements of the story were... but it largely felt like a paint-by-numbers-feel-good-family movie. Then again... that's what it was. The intro was pretty much genius, though.

There is no charge for awesomeness...or...attractiveness.

Epic.

Also.

I just watched Indiana Jones the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Loved it to pieces, even more than when I saw it in theaters on the Ultra Screen. It was great fun.

There are advantages to living in a foreign country. ;)

Not meaning piracy, just meaning some of the bigger movies come out earlier than in the States. So, Quantum came out a week earlier, but Tropic Thunder just came out like two weeks ago.

Ah. Right. Forgot.

It'd be worth not seeing Tropic Thunder for three months to see Quantum of Solace a week early. Well. No. Maybe not.

I saw Kung-Fu Panda last night too Kendrik.

I would give it a B+. Jack Black is funny as always...just thought the slow motion attack sequences were a little over done. Then again guess the kiddies liked it

Story was ok. Just thought the supporting actor overacted in some parts....and sometimes not that good either.
