What can I say? I love Disney films. Grew up with 'em. And no matter what you think about Disney, if you deny that they're real "Theater" films are good then your insane. Targeted at a younger audience? Sure, but not dumb.

Except HSM 3...It'll probably be dumb.

Very cute, very funny, very heart-warming. I love coming across these movies that remind me that you only have one life to live while on this earth, and as such you should make the most of it. Had me a bit teary at the end. But what a beautiful ending. Definitely one of my favorite movies this year.

Pretty cool... but it tried a little too hard.

I just picked up the Director's Cut of Beowulf. Can't to watch it tonight.

But...

National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets.

Loved it. Equally with the first one. All of the fun that was in the first they put in the second.

The visuals were absolutely stunning, and most of the action scenes were also incredible and somewhat scary to watch. But aside from that, I didn't come away with much. This is not one of those fantasy movies that I'll be wiling to return to often. So, for the most part what I was expecting.

Liv Tyler I don't feel was right for the role of a nerd, but whatever. The Blonsky character was awesome too. The action is satisfying and the story feels fleshed out. Way better than "Hulk". :P

Jack Black was the absolute perfect choice for his role...him and Dustin Hoffman. Together, they made moments that would have been somewhat funny hilarious. The action scenes were top notch and actually rather enjoyable. Very creative. The minor characters really didn't do much and I thought that their interaction with the story should have been moreso. Still, a very enjoyable movie.

Incredible Hulk - Excellent action movie, acts as more of a setup for future Marvel movies.

Kung Fu Panda - Cute and funny with some good action thrown in, but celebrity voices were completely wasted on this film. The entire cast was top notch Hollywood actors, but only two or three characters actually needed believable voice work. Otherwise, great family film.

Almost devoid of a script, the dialogue was merely a means of connecting lackluster special effects and seizure inducing action sequences (WAY too many flashing lights). Christian Slater and Tara Reid are a terrible screen pair. It's not bad in a campy, fun way. It's bad in a "this movie sucks really, really hard" bad. It's like Uwe Boll is trying to make crappy movies.
Did you catch the part where the female soldier is laying dead on the ground, and right before the scene ends, the actress picks up her head? I couldn't believe such an obvious error was left in the movie. I laughed pretty hard at that part.

There Will Be Blood.

Wow. Daniel Day-Lewis was nothing short of amazing. Completely deserving of a Best Actor Oscar. One of the most powerful films about the results of greed that I've ever seen. After letting it sink it a bit, I wouldn't call it amazing (that was my first reaction), but it was certainly powerful.

In the Valley of Elah.

Tommy Lee Jones's performance was one of the most natural I've ever seen. If not for him, the movie would not have been nearly as good.

The Incredibles - 10/10.

Best Pixar/Disney movie ever.

I...didn't really care for the Incredibles. Finding Nemo FTW.

I just saw Reservoir Dogs. It's...one of the best movies i've ever seen. Like the Departed, except that it takes place over the course of a single bank robbery instead of a years. And it's a whole lot better than the Departed, too.
