I just tested with Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer and got all of my test messages. I cannot reproduce the problem.

Make sure you have all the required fields with asterisks filled in, complete the are you human game and the send e-mail button should work

Seems like a lot of the links have been updated, because when I click a game like, Battlefield 3 for example, it gives me a 404 at the link location.
