It's okay so far. The one thing I dislike about Assassin's Creed is the climbing mechanic. It can be unresponsive. Then again, I've only played the first two so I'm not sure if they made it better in the newer games.
Pretty sure it gets better. Are you playing it on PC? I played the first two on PC and didn't like the climbing mechanic much either but once I played Brotherhood on my 360 I enjoyed it more. Might just be the games though.
I'm playing it on my PS3. My problems with the climbing is just the way it's designed. I'm not a fan of auto-climbing, where you hold one button to climb. Granted, though, it's a lot better than most of the other games I've played that attempted to do this. Another problem, is I've noticed that sometimes Ezio would decide to jump off the roof and purposely miss the next platform. I'd be more annoyed by it if it wasn't so funny when it happens.

Although, I got used to it eventually and the game is a blast. I'm at the 9th sequence, and man, this game is blowing me away right now. I liked the first one's story, but I felt like it got repetitive really, really quickly. This game has yet to feel repetitive. Amazing game so far!

AC II's story was the best part, IMO. Brotherhood never held my fascination ANYWHERE near as much--and it's for that reason that I'm excited for AC III: a game not pumped out in a year to fill space.

That would be the case, Soup, if Brotherhood and Revelations didn't actually contribute to the story meaningfully.

You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

I know that, but Brotherhood (I haven't played Revelations) didn't seem as good in comparison. I'm not saying that the story wasn't relevant, or that they weren't good games, just that they--well, from my experience, brotherhood--weren't, well, as good as II.

IMHO of course :P

I'm still pretty sure online multi is destined to die as a fad, but it's actually pretty fun. Gogo free Gold weekend.

More skyrim. I'm loving how the side quests I'm finding are better than many games.

Glad to hear you like the game :-)
There is a new update/sale of some kind coming up within the next couple months so stay tuned!

The last game I played was World of Warcraft.
