I've been watching a ton lately and a complete update would be near-impossible, but here's what I recently watched.
Stargate: SG-1
Finally got around to starting season 9 of this sucker. Such good stuff.
Stargate: Atlantis
Finished season 1, finally. I'm slow, I know.
Fullmetal Alchemist (2003 series)
A friend hooked me on this, and I'm intrigued. I'm on episode 34 of 51, and loving it. Some people refuse to watch it "Because it's not the same as the manga" but I like it just fine. I will also be watching Brotherhood after this, since I want to see what they change.

I'm moving through the fourth season of Scrubs.
ohno is right, new favorite show. There are some unnecessary things and several annoying characters, but you can usually find something to like about everything.
