My name on there is matt15058, but currently I'm trying to access to my account back. It wasn't hacked, but I linked my account to an email I no longer have access to.

You could try contacting Steam and asking what it takes to prove its your account. For example, the username, account name, community name, the date of birth on the account, answer to your security question (does Steam use this? I forget), possibly last four digits of credit cards linked to the account (ask before you send this info, I'm not entirely sure).
You may need more info, you may need less, idk. Steam will probably take 6 weeks.
Or you could try recovering the email if possible. Google responds pretty quickly if you have a backup or current email you use. You just need to answer a bunch of questions to get the Gmail account back. For example, security question and answer, people in your contact list, name, date of birth, etc.
I would start with recovering email if possible first and then try recovering the Steam account through the Steam program (works same day with proper e-mail and user account name). If it fails or takes to long, contact Steam instead.
