I'd recommend Photobucket (definitely over imageshack) because you get more control over what you upload and you get a nice gallery.
But I currently use Dropbox, because its the easiest to use if I have a big number of files to upload. You just don't get a nice gallery (though making one yourself might not be so hard with some html).
