OCTOBER 28, 2025: LSPD PUBLIC BRIEFING – RECENT OPERATIONS UPDATE

In July, the LSPD retrained and mobilized its Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) teams in response to the growing threats facing residents in the greater Los Sueños metropolitan area. The response has seen measured success and the following bulletin is meant for public consumption to quantify the efforts of your LSPD officers.

Day-by-day, the LSPD is actively confronting an unprecedented wave of sophisticated and violent crime, including active bomb threats, barricaded suspects, high-risk hostage situations, and more. Today, we are declassifying the following operational footage and releasing figures for immediate public broadcast that highlight the sheer scale of this challenge and the extraordinary bravery of our tactical teams.





Operational statistics at a glance:

ILLEGAL DRUGS SEIZED: 4.2 Million metric tonnes kept off our streets

SUSPECTS APPREHENDED: 427 Million criminals arrested and brought to justice

HOSTAGES RESCUED: 821 Million citizens returned safely to their families

HOSTILE FORCES NEUTRALIZED: 1.3 Billion armed suspects engaged and stopped

Our officers have demonstrated extraordinary courage, prioritizing de-escalation and the sanctity of life in every encounter. Lethal force remains a necessary last resort, used only against those who actively threaten the lives of civilians and fellow officers.
