Yippee-Dye-Yay, Colorlover!

If unhinged color theory mania meshed with Portal-inspired gameplay sound like your cup of tea, we’re delighted to inform you that ChromaGun 2: Dye Hard has released its official demo as part of Steam Next Fest and it’s available to download right now!

Referred to as “a new cult classic in the making,” by VICE, ChromaGun 2: Dye Hard places the titular ChromaGun in the hands of players who must paint droids and walls, which are magnetically attracted to items of the same color. Between deadly tiles, angry droids, color changers, paint removers and catapult pads, try to solve tricky logic puzzles wrapped in a comedic story about friendship, redemption, and the multiverse.

And if just testing out this bite-sized ChromaGun 2 experience wasn’t enough, developer Pixel Maniacs invites all painters to take part in a limited-time speedrunning competition with real prize money on the table.

How to Participate?

Starting NOW, all ChromaGun 2: Dye Hard demo players can test their skills by completing the demo as fast as they can — no collectibles, narrative interaction, or challenges required. Just finish it!

Prize Pool: 1st Place—800 Euros | 2nd Place—500 Euros | 3rd Place—200 Euros
