Upcoming PvPvE Title Ended its Closed Playtest with over 35,000 Participants and Extremely Positive Reception from Players

What:

BetaDwarf today announced impressive results from the first closed playtest for its new PvPvE extraction ARPG, Vaultbreakers. The closed playtest, which took place on January 31, 2025, resulted in thousands of new players in its community providing valuable feedback and high engagement. BetaDwarf also set Wednesday, April 9, 2025, as the next playtest opportunity and teases its 2025 roadmap.

Closed Playtest Results:

· +35,000 players participated

· +415,000 matches played

· 8.4 million monsters killed

· +20,000 keys were snatched

· +500 content creators streamed the game

· +7,000 new Steam followers

About Vaultbreakers:

Vaultbreakers is a hardcore top-down PvPvE extraction ARPG that blends heroic brawler combat with tense, tactical extraction gameplay. Players will have to fight alongside friends, or as a lone wolf, to survive intense, dangerous missions in a dynamic fantasy world. Missions evolve based on actions from players and NPCs, offering a fresh experience each time. Polluted areas, secret caves, and ancient rituals are just a few examples of what might unfold!

Vaultbreakers Next Playtest:

BetaDwarf will host its second closed playtest on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, for players to play its latest build that include:

· Activatable items: more gameplay variations to explore

· Storage shared between characters

· More artefacts

· New enemies


2025 Roadmap:

The BetaDwarf team looks forward to revealing a full roadmap soon with players. For now, based on player feedback, the team looks to explore adding/refining the following game features:

· PvE mode

· Solo queue matchmaking

· Console platforms

· New characters

· More customization tools for champions (i.e. skin cosmetics, perks, etc.)
