I started dividing up spring a few years ago.....first part is cold spring and the second is 'true spring'. The distinction seems to really help me make it through that period between daylight savings start and the middle of April. It was cute, I then noticed that the little wrens don't show up here until the beginning of true spring anyway...they know better
