Halo wars 2 is coming out around this November and I was curious as to when someone like me could start to preorder it. If anybody has any information on this subject, than please let me know. Thank you.

wish this game was on multiple platforms? I prefer console over pc for playing shooter game. I play on PS and PC right now.
