My younger brother went to Haiti for 2 weeks with my older sister and her husband. I just want them to come home safe. In about a week

My brother has a bad rash on his hands. His skin is very lumpy and we don't know what's wrong. There are no doctors in Haiti but he's not in discomfort or anything. I hope it's not serious...
