And they gave me happy gas.
And I loved everyone. If only for a half an hour. I even loved the dentist. I thanked him for pulling my tooth.
I wanted to give the world a hug.
And the ceiling tiles were so...bright.
I inhaled deeply, and tried to hide the odd whistling noise my nose made, because I didn't want the dentist and dental assistant to know how much I enjoyed it.
I even imagined them watching me from behind, seeing how much I inhaled.
And then it wore off. And the world went back to normal, and my eyes uncrossed, and my feet started weighing weight again. And I still loved the dentist, because my tooth didn't hurt anymore. It was sitting sadly on a little tray somewhere, and I wanted to put it in my pocket and burn it.
But I didn't.
The point is, nitrous oxide is the pudding, and I love me some pudding.
I got my tooth pulled.
