A lot of stuff going on, I cannot share most of it because it involves other people. But my health is not doing so good either. It's serious stuff, I need a lot of prayer.

Wow that is the perfect verse, One of the things going on is i'm trying to help someone out of a sinful behavior that he does not want to be in. But the problem is that I had the same problem a number of years ago and the enemy is using this to try and tempt me again.
