Well it's only midnight and so far I've seen my reflection in the mirror across from my bed kill itself. It's gonna be a long night.

Like what? Call an exorcist? Get put on antipsychotics? Or you know, sleep more and consume less caffeine. it'll pass in time i imagine.

If you think it's psychological, I'd recommend at least trying those. Or sleeping pills.


Or, you know, going to bed earlier. :P



That said, I'd recommend a psychologist or even a spiritual counselor. Why? Well it could be you, or it could be something more sinister. Either way, I'd seriously recommend some professional help.
