I can't choose one...
I really like Death Note and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Been meaning to start watching more Gundam and Ghost in the Shell, as well as .hack//Sign. I've got so much catching up to do...

I'll be happy to give my top ten here.
1. Megazone 23 (Parts 1-3)
2. Armitage III : Poly Matrix
3. Dominion Tank Police (The first and second series)
4. Dai-Guard (Office workers, saving the world!)
5. Gundam 0083 : Stardust Memory
6. Full Metal Panic : Fumofu
7. Full Metal Alchemist : Brotherhood (not to be confused with the original FMA)
8. Gravion & Gravion Zwei (I consider them apart of the same series)
9. Bubblegum Crisis (the original series, not 2040)
10. Ranma 1/2 (All seasons, not so much the movies though)

Bleach has 366 episodes. Assuming they don't make any more, that is....
