I agree about the third one being empty, but the second one was WAY too difficult. Or maybe I'm just a wimp...

It's fake difficulty, lack of checkpoints, impossible to finish races thanks to civilian hovercars smashing into you and slippery controls. Plus the car explodes after getting hit three times.Chozon1 wrote:Wait what? Why is Jak 2 broken? That was my favorite of the series. @_@ The third one sort of felt empty and half done to me.
I also hated how the story went in a completely different direction. The first game was epic.

There were only a few points where I thought it was truly difficult. Never unmanageable, though. I never did any of the races, however. Those were annoyingly hard. Though once I go the jetboard I never used a car unless it was actually a mission requisite.
And personally, I enjoyed the stories of the first two games more than the third. They're all good, I just didn't like the third as much.

I beat Mass Effect 3 recently and I had the extended ending downloaded. The ending didn't feel as bad as everyone was saying it was... But still would have been cool if the choices in the previous games had an impact

Kirby 64: and the crystal shards.
I decided to beat it before collecting all the shards... bad idea.
(I never knew a Kirby game could have such a creepy ending.)
So I will have to try to master the game eventually to get the real ending.

I think it was Braid, for the umpteenth time -- I can't get enough of that game. Real art provides a new lens through which we can view Creation, and Braid did that superbly. Play it if you haven't; it'll change your perception of time, and with it, your understanding of the concept of "eternal."
(Did that come off as pretentious? I think it might have. Not my intention. Whoops.)

This was my second time through. I had forgotten how beautiful this game is. The game's two protagonists play off of each other so well; it's unbelievable. Definitely one of my all time favorite ventures.

I was always really close to beating this, but for some reason I got around the point right before
and stopped playing. Probably due to college-related things... but regardless, it is now finooshed.
