Crystal of Atlan Launches New Inventor Class — Plus Two Powerful Branch Classes
Crystal of Atlan, the cross-platform magicpunk MMO Action RPG, introduces its newest base class today: The Inventor. Launching alongside two branch classes: Empirica and Rhapsodia. The Inventor brings a fresh playstyle built on Magitech mechs, gadgetry, and serious firepower. Crystal of Atlan is available free-to-play on mobile, PC, PlayStation, and Steam.
Meet Jodi—and Her Mechs
The Inventor class is embodied by Jodi, a bright-eyed tinkerer who’s just arrived at the City of Magitech. Armed with a wrench and an imagination to match, she doesn’t brawl—she engineers her way through battles, commanding an arsenal of Magitech mechs to dispatch enemies from a safe distance.
Players choosing Inventor can specialize into one of two branch classes:
Empirica is a long-range specialist. She rapidly deploys a variety of armed mechs—keeping the action far from the front lines while maintaining serious damage output.
Rhapsodia is a mid-range physical DPS with two distinct combat stances: fighting independently, or climbing into the cockpit of a powerful mecha for a dramatically different feel.
Launch Events and Boosting
To celebrate Inventor’s arrival, a slate of limited-time events goes live March 12.
Inspiration Chase rewards daily logins with high-value items—including Erosion Eye Stones and Lv.65 Epic Gear Selection Boxes. Odyssey of Imagination applies experience and coin bonuses specifically for Inventor players. And for players who want to jump in fast—class-change restrictions have been lifted. Players can switch to Inventor immediately after maintenance, no waiting period required.
New Pet: Martial Panda
This update also introduces the Martial Panda, a new collectible pet available now. Native to the Port Islands, it’s compact but deceptively agile—with a deep reverence for Kung Fu. It’s fully integrated into human society and, apparently, really enjoys sparring.
