RHELL: WARPED WORLDS & TROUBLED TIMES: DEEP DIVE SERIES

Every Choice Shapes Not Just the World, But Who Rhell Becomes

Bristol, UK – February 26, 2026 – Yogscast Games is thrilled to share more details on Rhell: Warped Words & Troubled Times, ahead of its March 12, 2026, release. Following our earlier two deep dives into the mystical adventure and the game’s unique spell-casting systems, the team now explores Rhell’s journey of self-discovery.

After an unexplained event causes people to mysteriously vanish, Rhell’s adventure begins in search of answers. The game’s design systems are carefully created to ensure that progression is not merely mechanical but emotional, and each choice made by the player underscores the feeling that the journey matters.

This emotional bond is forged between Rhell and the remaining handful of NPC’s, who have survived the vanishing world, through quirky interactions and conversations. “One of the most endearing parts of Rhell’s character arc is that she isn’t instantly charming. She starts out brash and guarded, but as the story unfolds, her journey begins to soften her personality,” says game creator Alice Jarratt from SlugGlove. “That transition is something we deliberately designed and forms a core part of the gameplay experience.”

These moments ground the adventure, giving meaning to moments that could otherwise feel abstract. Every decision a player makes influences how the story unfolds and helps Rhell understand who she truly is as a person. Players have a high degree of ownership in the development of Rhell’s identity, making her growth feel personal and earned.

Developed by SlugGlove, Rhell will be released on Steam on March 12 2026. Keep up-to-date with the latest news and information, visit the Yogscast Games website and follow BlueSky, Instagram, YouTube and the Rhell Discord.
