Good deal! It's always the right plan to start again any time we need to. What's the old C. S. Lewis quote?
“Progress means getting nearer to the place you want to be. And if you have taken a wrong turning, then to go forward does not get you any nearer.
If you are on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; and in that case the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive man.”
Little different, but it's what popped into my head.
My wife and I started Interval Training yesterday, a 7 week program that we're doing together. Me to get into some form of shape and keep my heart healthy, and her for trying to achieve a healthier weight (and also to be in some form of shape, because it sure is helpful in the day to day). It was pretty exhausting yesterday, but honestly I kind of felt better than before we had started after I had warmed down. Plus it was wonderful to be out in the park and moving after a long, long winter. And we'll see how tomorrow goes for Day 2.
