Suicide in the family

Hi all. I learned yesterday that a cousin of mine committed suicide a few days ago. He lived alone, so no one found the body until days later when he hadn't been in for work in a while. Nothing seemed out of place before hand, and there was no note explaining why, but dark stuff lives in our hearts and it can feel overwhelming. Anyway, if you could pray for the family, I'd appreciate it. And also know if you ever feel overwhelmed like that know there are people to talk to and it's worth talking to them. I've been there, and only through help from others did I get out of that pit of darkness in the past.

I'll be praying, I understand how hard it is to get past having a family member do suicide.

It's very easy to trigger thoughts of committing suicide for me
As for now, I'm too scared to try, but if my depressive thoughts get worse and worse every time they come up, I might end up attempting it at some point.
(probably TMI, I mentioned it because it's not off topic)

You should seriously 100% talk to someone about that. Like, today, if possible. You don't need to go through that alone, nor should you.
