Christ Centered Gamer

I recently found out that my grandmother was diagnosed with a disease that makes her blood thicken (I haven't heard a lot about it). She's on medication right now and has been getting better day by day, but there's still a risk that she could either end up blind or passing away. On top of that, the medication has been making her act out.
My grandmother means the world to my family and I, and it would hurt so much to see her suffer in any way. Any prayers you guys could send her way would be more than appreciated. Thank you so much.
