Prayer Requests and Praise: Loss of a Pet; Performances; new baby

Prayers for my family. We lost Buffy, our beloved cat whom we had for nineteen years. She passed last night in her basket bed while we were at Bible study. It was hard, burying her this morning. 
Also, the Nutcracker me and my sisters are performing in has several kinks in it (some of which are potentially injurious), and showtimes are this weekend. We need prayers for the guests' and dancers' safety.
On a brighter note: my cousin just had her second baby, and from what I heard, they are both fine. Hooray!
(Yep, it's been an eventful day.)
