What are people's favorite country music artists? Mine are Brad Paisley, Tim Hicks, Dallas Smith and The Road Hammers.

Shania Twain is about as country as I get

I don't really follow artists much, although Hans Zimmer is an exception.

I like country music, when its appropriate... some of my favorite country songs are Noise, Saving Amy and Confession.

I would have to say Brooks and Dunn are at the top of my list. But I listen to country a lot, so pretty much anything. I mostly prefer 90's country before it became rock n' roll. I don't dislike the newer styles, I just prefer the older.
