This one though... This one's gonna be big. It's going to take months... perhaps a year. It will be the ultimate achievement in building something AWESOME.

A friend of mine is helping me. He has done this before, and he's giving me valuable advice and guidance.

That is (and will be) truly all the flame and glory. O_o ALL OF IT.

Planning to complete the initial assembly of an alternate helmet tonight, and then finish whichever one I like better. Will post pic(s).

Here's the second helmet. This one looks more like a knight's helmet which is a popular look with Black Templars. The helmet is also roomier and I'm leaning toward it instead of the "standard" space marine helmet.

Most of my updates will be posted here, on the Obscurus Crusade forum which is a forum dedicated to this kind of thing. You should check out some of the other guys' projects there. People are mad creative with this.

I do like that second version.

I've decided to go with the second helmet, because it fits better with the Emperor's Champion, which I will be.
