an elderly man went to his brother's house. He was sitting in a chair, watching television, but suddenly passed away. What happened? [btw the kitchen was near the living room, where he was watching television]

the brother had nothing to do with the murder, his house did.

the man had one health issue. [WHAT?] and... the kitchen may just be a little [a lot] important!
