Favorite 90's-Early 2000's Cartoons?

Hey! I was just wondering what everyone's favorite late 90's and early 2000's cartoons were. Mine would have to be Samurai Jack, Invader Zim and early Power Puff Girls. I have a bunch of others but those are my favorites.

I don't think I've heard of that one. Is it foreign? I live in the US so It might not show here.

Mine would have to be "The Tick". It was a show about 2 superheroes (The Tick, and his rather weak sidekick, Arthur), but was funny enough to where a kid could keep watching it.
