When Pregnant with second child, I thought I was losing him, When I was 8 weeks pregnant the Doctors said my baby may die. When I was 12 weeks pregnant, a special Doctor looked at my unborn baby using a sonogram. She said he had an Omphalocele. THis is where the liver and intestine and some other organs are located out of the babys body in a sack. She said he would probably die at birth, and to expect that, 70% of these babies will die at birth and the others will not have a good quality of life, that terminating the pregnancy would be a good option! My God is bigger than these trivial problems! We prayed and kept in prayer cover! We changed doctors, and still got monthly sonograms. The new doctor said that if my baby lives, to expect us to be in the NICU for 3-6 months! Well, we still prayed, and believed our baby would be supernaturally blessed. When he was born, all of his intestines and most of his liver was back where it belonged! We left NICU in 8 days! All to the Glory of our GOd!

This is amazing! I'm so happy that your baby was so blessed and able to come home so quickly. I know how scary that process can be. My husband and I got pregnant soon after our wedding and a little over two months in were told that our baby had stopped developing at 3 weeks. Going through that miscarriage was the hardest thing that has ever happened to us. We have been trying for over a year now and I am getting very scared that we may not be able to have children. I hope and pray that I am wrong. But even if having our own child is not in God's will I have always felt the need to adopt and give a home to those children in need of a family. Regardless of the pain and suffering I know I am very blessed to have my husband and our families and friends. After the miscarriage God gave me a feeling that our baby was a girl and gave us the name Eden for her because she is in the land of paradise with the most amazing caretakers, I can't imagine anything better for her than being in heaven with Jesus himself watching over her.
