Someone on facebook asked me about it. I haven't played any of the Batman games yet (on my bucket list).

IGN gave it a 7.4, liking the "Metroidvania" 2.5D side-scrolling but saying it was rather boring. I don't have any of the devices to play it on so I can't say for certain.

Yup I have played it. Its fun I guess I play on the Xbox which is fun. It can be boring at some points but I liked it

I started playing it and I finished a zone (prison administration) and from what I can tell its not a bad game, but the combat is a little weird since its all side scrolling. So stuff you're used to doing in the 3D Batman games doesn't translate as well, making some of the previous higher combo achievements a cake walk compared to the ones in this game. But I do like how this is the first game to give us the Zero Year suit skin, which to me is the best suit since new 52 reboot. And the gadgets are fun to play with.

Story wise, its not bad. Basically some of the main villains have taken over Blackgate, and there's various regions they have control of. Joker, for instance, took over Prison Admin. And I like it when Batman has straight forward plots, like Arkham Asylum had.
