So, emotional moments that other people might have say... cried over, but you could care less about.

Jack and Rose in Titanic. The Engineer and Captain watching their ship going down was more profound.
Marley and Me. I felt nothing. What a dumb dog.
The Notebook. The whole thing. Worse than nothing, it was obnoxious.
Castaway. No empathy for volleyballs and whatever a delusional man transferred to it.
There probably are others.

I'll stick with Disney movies. XD
In Bambi, when his mom was killed.
In Dumbo, When Dumbo goes to visit his mother in her cage.
In Up, when Mr. Fredricksen is going through the photograph book.
Those are the only one's I can think of off hand, but I might think of some more later.
To clarify, these are not necessarily scenes that I don't care about, but more that they didn't physically affect me, while they made other people cry.

- Optimus Prime dying in the animated movie of Transformers
- Rose living in Titanic (I liked Jack more, better character)

Rose was a pretty unsympathetic and pathetic character. The best character was the guy who hit the propeller and when into a huge spin.
Oregorn, I'm sorry to say, but you might not have a soul.

Ok fine! I admit it!
I might have teared up a bit during those three scenes...
But no one saw me, so it doesn't count!

Haha. It's okay if you cried.
It's not your fault.
Look at me, son. It's not your fault.
It's not your fault.
No, no, you don't. It's not your fault.
It's not your fault. It's not your fault. It's not your fault. It's not your fault. It's not your fault.
It's not your fault.

I don't cry at all during those sorts of movies. I think the ONLY time I cried was when a deaf guy was hit by a train.

People watching that movie were crying for a different reason.

Is it wierd that I was hoping that the protagonist would be killed by falling six-sided dice?

In Free Willy, when Willy is finally free and there's that moment of majestic glory, with the setting sun, and the 5 ton whale leaping over the kid's head. I had one minute of "OH IT IS SO GLORIOUS" and then all I could think was "Ew. He's getting fish-tainted water in his mouth".
In Super 8, where the alien picks up the kid and there's that whole "I UNDERSTAND YOU AND BAD STUFF HAPPENS MAN" moment, my head was lolling to the side out of sheer apathy. The entire movie was setup for that minute, and I was just about as not care as possible. I thought of Wilson floating off into the ocean to fake tears though.
There's also the moment when Gabriel got dead'd in the Patriot. Not that I don't understand vengeance, it was just...too dramatic.
Dare I even mention the Dwarf/Elf shame in the recent Desolation of Smaug?
That did draw tears though.
